How would you define your style?

I think this is a really hard question for me to answer because it’s constantly evolving and changing, but I think one good way to describe it is that it’s Californian - kind of beachy, bohemian, sometimes more classic and skater. It changes.

Where do you find the most style inspiration?

Probably from Instagram bloggers. I follow girls whose style I like, and I’ll just kind of change who I follow based on what styles I like.

What are your favorite trends right now?

My favorite trends right now are probably—with spring approaching—bright colors. I really love bright pinks, greens, yellow, orange, all of the above. I also have been really liking the baggy dad jean. I think that’s really fun. I love denim.

Where do you like to shop?

Urban Outfitters, Zara, I really like thrifting, and small boutiques.

What is one piece of clothing you can’t live without?

One piece of clothing that I cannot live without is a denim jacket. I think it’s great because it goes with just about any outfit. It looks cute with skirts, dresses, jeans. I wear denim on demin a lot. I think it just adds to an outfit and makes it look kind of rustic or edgy.

How has your style changed since coming to Baylor?

My style has changed a lot since first coming here. When I started, it was a lot more grungy, and a majority of my clothing was thrifted. Then, it was very bohemian, girly and colorful because I worked at Anthropologie. Now, I’d say I’ve kinda found a middle ground between those two and still pull from both styles occasionally. I’d also say those styles have become more “refined” as I’ve gotten older and more exposed to the business world I’m entering into. But I still love dressing like I’m young and bringing fun style elements to everyday outfits.
