With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, love is definitely in the air. The stores are filled with roses, Netflix is filled with Nicholas Sparks movies, and our junk drawers are soon to be filled with heart shaped candies that our mom sent us in the mail. While we’re so busy spreading love to those around us, there is one person that we often forget to show love to at this time of year: ourselves!
